If you are over 21 years and, live in one of the regions of Grey-Bruce County, Simcoe County, Wellington County, Elgin County, Essex County, Huron County, Lambton County, Middlesex County, Perth County, Dufferin County, Durham County and plan to become a driver for SPARK and provide S-delivery or S-ride services.
1- Fill and submit the application form below.
2- Be prepared to send us a copy of the following documents, when we reply back.
- Driver's licence G or G2
- Driving Record
- Vehicle Insurance under your name or name must be legible on the pink slip
- Vehicle Registration under your name or name must be legible
- Canadian passport, PR card, or work permit
- Background Check
3- Wait for our approval it may take up to 4 weeks
